I'm Tobias Engel Schaathun, a software engineer based in Oslo, Norway. I currently work at DNB, where I build software that helps people and businesses manage their finances. I got into tech through gaming and never looked back.

I hold a BSc in IT and Information Systems from the University of South-Eastern Norway, with an exchange semester at Minnesota State University, Mankato. My background spans full-stack development across Java, React, SQL, and PHP — picking up whatever a problem requires.

My philosophy is simple: turn ideas into working products quickly, build software that solves real problems, and learn by creating. Outside of work I enjoy 3D printing, staying active, and building small apps for myself and friends — both digitally and physically.
